Priya Edirisinghe
Chairman
Priya Edirisinghe is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and holds a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration.
He is a Director of CT Holdings PLC and the Managing Director of PE Management Consultants (Pvt) Ltd and counts over 50 years’ experience in both public practice and in the private sector. He serves on the boards of a number of other listed and non-listed companies.

Cecilia Page is the Chairperson of CT CLSA Securities (Private) Limited, C T CLSA Capital (Private) Limited, and CT CLSA Asset Management (Private) Limited, and a Director of CT CLSA Holdings Ltd. She has headed the CT CLSA Group since inception. She is also a Director of CT Holdings PLC.
She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK
Zakir Mohamedally
Director/Group COO
Zakir serves as Director/Group Chief Operating Officer of CT CLSA Holdings, Director/CEO of CT CLSA Capital , and Director of CT CLSA Securities and CT CLSA Asset Management. Zakir is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
Mr. Ranjit Page
Director
Ranjit Page possesses over 40 years of management experience with expertise in food retailing, food service, and manufacturing, having introduced the concept of super marketing to the Sri Lankan masses.
He is Deputy Chairman/Managing Director of CT Holdings PLC and the Deputy Chairman / CEO of Cargills (Ceylon) PLC and Director of CT Land Development PLC. He also serves on the boards of several other companies within the C T Holdings Group.
Patrick Lawlor
Director
Patrick Lawlor is the Head of International Sales and Strategy at CLSA Limited Hong Kong. He is responsible for leading the company’s equity sales teams based in twelve countries across the globe, and a client strategy team, as well as overseeing the development and execution of their strategic plans. Patrick has been in the field for more than thirty years and with CLSA for over a decade. He has experience in trading and execution management and took over his current role in early 2021.
